How do I remove photos which are stuck to the picture frame glass?

Water leaked into my storage chest and has caused a number of important family photos to become stuck to the glass in their photo frames. Need advice …

Ack! don’t listen to anyone that says wash it.

You need to find a professional Photo restoration company to do this. There are to many things that could destroy the delicate emulsion of the image. A professional will know how to do it.
