Can anyone recommend a good DVD on studio / Photography Lighting? ?

I have a canon DSLR and am looking for a DVD which is going to benefit me a great deal. I have lights / backdrops and slave etc but want to really understand the lighting. Are there any really good DVD’s about to help me on this in the UK? Thank you x
